Always voted as one of the most scenic counties in Ireland, it is a little unfortunate that there is only one tour boat operator providing boat trips in county Wicklow. This is incredible, given the high tourist number the county gets and the beautiful coastline. Hopefully this will change in the future with more trip boat providers setting up within the county. 

Wicklow Boat Trips – Reviews

As I mentioned, its hard to believe that there is only one trip boat in county Wicklow. I’ve not had the pleasure of a trip on it so if you do go out for a tour, please let me know how it went. If you are staying in Wicklow for a few days, i highly recommend visiting Glendalough. My brother lives there in Laragh and I have to say it is one of the nicest spots you’ll find in Ireland. He runs a business there called Wicklow Willow where you can learn the Irish art of Basket Making. Its will worth checking out. Anyhow, enjoy Wicklow. All the best. Cliff 🙂
